This adds a pypy jit and non-jit run of pyperformance benchmarks to py3* branches. It goes with python/codespeed/pull/61 to present the data. I tested it all locally. It does make the benchmark run much longer: 2 hours for each run so 4 more hours. It also patches pyperformance for

buildbot-pyperformance
